About Howden
The town of Howden, home to the 12th century Minster, is just off the M62 motorway at junction 37. It is no more than an hour away from a lot of places in Yorkshire and is easily accessable from Doncaster, Sheffield, Leeds, Harrogate, York, Scarborough, Bridlington, Hull and other places far too numerous to mention.
Howden itself is a delightful place to visit, even without the attraction of what Howden Live have to offer, there is a plethora of licensed premises, pleasant places to eat and comfy beds to sleep in. Why not make a weekend of it instead of just a night to remember?

My maiden name was Howden and I have always been fascinated by the fact that there is a place called Howden in England. I’d love to visit sometime and learn more about the history of Howden.
Why not pay a visit and incorporate a Howden Live event into the bargain?
Hey Guys!!
I’d love to come and visit but I live in Canada and it may be a long while before I can arrange to get over there…..:(
Thanks for your reply and maybe one day I’ll be able to visit with you in person.
Have a great day!!
