About Howden

The town of Howden, home to the 12th century Minster, is just off the M62 motorway at junction 37. It is no more than an hour away from a lot of places in Yorkshire and is easily accessable from Doncaster, Sheffield, Leeds, Harrogate, York, Scarborough, Bridlington, Hull and other places far too numerous to mention.

Howden itself is a delightful place to visit, even without the attraction of what Howden Live have to offer, there is a plethora of licensed premises, pleasant places to eat and comfy beds to sleep in. Why not make a weekend of it instead of just a night to remember?
